*****<\/span>'s career has included numerous high-pro le cases and operations ranging from supervising the Cuban Refugee Mariel\nBoatlift at Ft Cha ee, AR, to initiating, participating in, and supervising Operation Handlebar, a highly sensitive undercover\noperation investigating Asian and Italian organized crime elements in the Southern District of New York (NAKED\n\t\t\t\t\tABUSE). For his success with Operation Handlebar, Bill received the US Attorney General's Distinguished Service Award,\nthe highest award for law enforcement within the Department of Justice.
********<\/span> enjoyed an outstanding 26 year career in the United States Dept of Justice and United States Immigration and\nNaturalization Service. During the course of it, he managed the now ve major programs within DHS; namely, CBP, ICE\nInvestigations, ICE Detention and Removal and Intelligence.\n\t\t\t\t\tAdditionally, ********<\/span> was the Assistant Regional Commissioner for the Eastern Region for the US INS Special Agents\/\nBorder Patrol Anti Smuggling Program and oversaw several major Organized Crime Cases: Fukineese Human Tra cking,\nkidnapping and extortion. He was Deputy Director of the Los Angeles District O ce and the District Director of the\nWashington DC, Capitol Region.\n\t\t\t\t\tToday \u200b********<\/span> remains a prominent authority on Homeland Security critical mission challenges such as Personnel\nSecurity, Counter Intelligence, Cyber Security, Border Security, Cargo Security, Critical Infrastructure, Enforcement and\nInformation Sharing. His advice and guidance are sought out on both a national and international level.
Prior to founding EnProVera, a SDVOB \/8a NATIVE AMERICAN COMPANY, ********<\/span> was the Senior Vice President, Homeland\nSecurity, for SAIC, responsible for executive representation to DHS and the strategic development of solutions and\nservices and opportunities for DHS.
